Why would you need a dual pop chip with an AFC and dual MAFs? Do you understand that the purpose of the dual pop chip is to double the metered airflow to compensate for the dummy MAF that the dual pop kit comes with? So if you replaced the dummy MAF with a real MAF and spliced the signals with the AFC, there is absolutely no reason to get the dual pop program (your ECU would dump exactly twice the amount of fuel needed if you did what you're saying).
